Within the team providing school health services, the school health nurse plays a vital role in protecting the health of students. School nurses provide health information in schools, support children with health problems, and implement health-preventive interventions. Accordingly, the aim of this course is to equip nurses working in schools with the knowledge and skills to address priority issues, given the increased need for school health nursing during the pandemic. In this context, the Cyprus Turkish Nurses and Midwives Association provided this course at our association building for our nurse members who will be working in schools.
